Dr. Michael J. Pitman is a nationally recognized expert in care of the professional voice, as well as voice restoration, conservation and care of swallowing and airway disorders. He is the Director of the Division of Laryngology and The Voice and Swallowing Institute at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Pitman graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, completed his residency at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and completed his fellowship in Laryngology and Care of the Professional Voice at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Pitman has authored numerous articles and book chapters and has lectured internationally in the field of laryngology.
